Brez Italia

Brez is located on the right side of the Val di Non and is considered a peaceful place with historical origins. The village consists of two parts: Brez and Rivo, established by the villagers Arsio, Traversara, Carnalez and Salobbi.

For Rivo there are several valuable buildings such as the monument to the miners set up by a local artist in 1932, Stefano Zuech In addition, there are two mansions: Casa de Avancini dates back to 1697 AD with its rectangular tower and valuable sundial, and Casa Ruffini with a portal and a family coat of arms Ruffini.

Between Brez and Arsio is a little Gothic church dating from the 13th century, which is dedicated to S. Florian and which was rebuilt in 1517, and in Arsio there are two big mansions dating back to the 16th century Casa Corazzi and San Giovanni Castle.
