Sanctuary of San Romedio is a temple dedicated to the figure of St. Romedio - located on a steep rocky promontory in the beautiful natural scenery of the Val di Non, in the municipality of Coredo.
Sanctuary consists of five churches built in the period of about nine years between 1000 and 1918. Five churches were built with steep rock faces and are connected together by a spectacular staircase of 130 steps. This is visited annually by about 200,000 people, and is guarded by two brothers "of the Order of St. Francis of Assisi
