Fokarium Marine Station of the Institute of Oceanography - sealarium (research and development center) Marine Station managed by the Department of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk located in Hel at the Seaside Boulevard.
Fokarium consists of a complex of three pools for breeding, several small pools-separatek (for juveniles and patients requiring rehabilitation) and educational and laboratory building with a seminar room and laboratories. The facility conducts scientific activity whose aim is to recreate a colony of gray seals in the southern waters of the Baltic Sea.
